Reservations & Payment

Reservations can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or approved payment methods.

  • Some bookings may require a prepayment to be confirmed.
  • All prices include taxes and accommodation service charges.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible Rate

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
  • Within 14 days: deposit is non-refundable
  • No-show: full stay will be charged

Non-Refundable Rate

  • Payment is non-refundable
  • No-show: full stay will be charged

Check-in & Stay Rules

  • Check-in: 14:00
  • Check-out: 11:00
  • Early check-in / late check-out subject to availability (may require fee)
  • Pets may be accepted upon request and may incur additional charge.
  • Guests must respect room capacity and other guests.

Responsibility

  • The hotel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property.
  • In case of force majeure (weather conditions, government decisions, etc.), the hotel will offer reasonable alternatives when possible.

Privacy

Guest information is used only for reservation and legal notification procedures and is never sold to third parties.

All disputes are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
